Miyan Research Publication Reward Ceremony, 2024

On February 15, 2024, the Miyan Publication Reward-2024 was held at the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology, IUBAT. This award is given annually to the successful researchers of the university under the Miyan Research Institute. In 2023, 86 faculties were awarded the Reward for their 169 publications on a wide range of topics. The articles were evaluated based on their publications in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), Social Science Citation Index (SSCI), Scopus Indexed, IUBAT Review, and other high-impact factor journals. Associate Professor Nayem Hossain from the Department of Mechanical Engineering top the list of researchers in IUBAT, Prof. Dr. Noor Md. Sadiqul Hasan from the Department of Civil Engineering ranked 2^ndand Prof. Dr. Suvash Chandra Paul from the Department of Civil Engineering ranked the 3^rd.

Prof. Dr. Abdur Rab, the Vice-Chancellor of IUBAT, presided over the awarding ceremony. The Chair of the Miyan Research Institute, IUBAT, Prof. Dr. Abul Khair, delivered the welcome address. The Deans, Chairs, Coordinators, Faculty members, Officers, Staff, and students were present at the ceremony. The Miyan Research Institute provides grants and guidelines to the faculties and research scholars of the university. Research is being carried out in the areas of basic science, agriculture, engineering, technology, business administration, environment, climate change, sustainable development, education, etc. Dr. Sajal Saha, Director, Miyan Research Institute delivered the vote of thanks. While Mehnaj Rahman, Deputy Director of Research, the Institute was also present at the ceremony.
