Practicum Placement Letter Notice for Summer 2023

Students who qualify for the Internship Program of Summer 2023 are advised to apply their application with the following documents to the respective Department Administrative Officer(AO) latest by April 15.

1. Application for Practicum Placement Letter
2. List of Courses with grades for Comparing with the official Grade Sheet
3. CV with a recent passport size Picture
4. Address of the organization on a separate page
5. Confirmation of Practicum Course Offering for Summer 2023 (at the time of Course Offering).
6. SSC and HSC Certificate photocopy ( it is mandatory to bring the original certificate for verification) AO of the department will verify the records and sign

You are requested to collect your placement letter between  May 06 to 15, 2023  from the respective department.

Note: Exceptional cases only be considered with a valid reason as per request.
