British American Tobacco Bangladesh conducted a seminar at IUBAT for agriculture students

Today, a seminar is organized by British American Tobacco Bangladesh on “Skill development of the next generation of Agricultural leaders” under the program of Agri-connect for IUBAT agriculture students. More than 200 agriculture students, fresh graduates, and faculty members of the College of Agricultural Sciences of IUBAT were present in the seminar.  
 
Mr. Zahin Iftekhar Rasul, HR Business Partner-Leaf Operations; Maria Kibtia, Fariha Amber, Mashiat Lamisa, and Reaz Rahman from British American Tobacco (BAT) Bangladesh were present in the program. They explained the major activities of BAT Bangladesh and they are mainly working on agricultural activities at the farmers level. They provided the link (Agri-connect) of BAT Bangladesh to the agriculture students of IUBAT for the internship and job opportunities. 
 
Prof. Dr. M Shohidullah Miah, Dean, College of Agricultural Sciences, IUBAT welcomed them for taking such initiative for the agriculture students. 
 
After the seminar, a  short discussion was held with Professor Selina Nargis, Treasurer and Direction Administration, IUBAT and the BAT delegates.
