15th Foundation Day of ITHMS

The 15th Foundation Day of ITHMS—IUBAT Tourism and Hospitality Management Society, has been celebrated on March 31, 2022 in a befitting manner.

Prof Dr. M Alimullah Miyan founded ITHMS in 2008. Since then, ITHMS has been actively working for the betterment of the students of CTHM—College of Tourism and Hospitality Management through their leadership, organizing and managing skills.

Professor Dr. Abdur Rab, Vice-Chancellor, IUBAT, was the President of the Ceremony. Besides Professor Dr. Hamida Akhtar Begum Pro Vice-Chancellor; Prof Md. Lutfar Rahman, Registrar; and Brig Gen Dr. Md Zahid Hossain (Retd), Controller of Examinations; IUBAT, were present as special guests. The Chair of the Ceremony, Shaikh Ershad Hossain, Advisor, ITHMS & Chair, CTHM, delivered the welcome speech, Farzana Al Ferdous, Coordinator; CTHM and Mohammad Abu Horaira, Associate Professor; Pinaki Bhattacharya, Associate Professor; Md Yusuf Hossein Khan, Assistant Professor; Mohammad Mofasserul Islam, Senior Lecturer; Md. Imran Hossain, Lecturer; and all the officials and students of CTHM were present in the celebration program.

The program was concluded by cutting a ceremonial cake prepared on the occasion of 15^th Foundation day.
