Submission of Course Instructors Survey (CIS) form

The purpose of CIS is to improve the quality of teaching-learning and course design.

It is mandatory for a student to submit CIS online after each semester. The CIS form must be filled in confidentially by the student himself/herself. CIS must be submitted immediately after the final examination and the latest before the date of result publication. The results of a student who does not submit the CIS within the deadline will remain withheld and s/he cannot enroll in the offered courses.

Information submitted in the CIS will remain confidential.
