Practicum Placement Letter Notice for Summer 2024 (Recess)

Students qualified for Internship Program of Summer 2024 (Recess) are advised to submit their application with the following documents to the respective Department Administrative Officer(AO) latest by April 25, 2024.

1. Application for Practicum Placement Letter
2. List of Courses with grades for Comparing with official Grade Sheet
3. CV with recent passport size Picture
4. Address of the organization in separate page
5. Confirmation of Practicum Course Offering for Summer recess
6. SSC and HSC Certificate photocopy ( it is mandatory to bring the original certificate for verification) AO of the department will verify the records and sign

You are requested to collect your placement letter between May 10 to May 15 from the respective department.

Note: Exceptional cases only be considered with valid reason as per request.
