Practicum Placement Letter Notice for Summer 2021

Students qualified for the Internship Program of Summer2021 are advised to submit their application with the following documents to the respective Department Administrative Officer(AO) latest by May 05, 2021, through e-mail also fill-up the form in the link  https://forms.gle/cSJRExZEGGmFZruH7

1. Application for Practicum Placement Letter
2. List of Courses with grades for Comparing with official Grade Sheet
3. CV with recent passport size Picture
4. Address of the organization in a separate page
5. Confirmation of Practicum Course Offering for Summer 2021 (at the time of Course Offering).
6. SSC/HSC Certificate photocopy ( it is mandatory to bring the original certificate for verification) AO of the department will verify the records and sign (after lockdown)

You are requested to collect your placement letter between May 20 to 27,2021  from the respective department.

Note: Exceptional cases only be considered with a valid reason as per request.
