Practicum Placement Letter Notice for Fall 2025

Students qualified for the Internship Program of Fall 2025 are advised to submit their application with the following documents to the respective Department Administrative Officer(AO) by September 20, 2025.

1. Application for Practicum Placement Letter
2. List of Courses with grades for Comparing with the official Grade Sheet
3. CV with a recent passport-size Picture
4. Address of the organization in a separate page
5. Confirmation of Practicum Course Offering for Fall 2025 on scheduled time
6. SSC and HSC Certificates and Transcripts photocopy ( it is mandatory to bring the original certificates for verification) AO of the department will verify the records and sign

You are requested to collect your placement letter between October 10 to 20, 2025 from the respective department.

Note: Exceptional cases only be considered with valid reason as per request.
