Practicum Placement Letter Notice

Students qualified for Internship Program of Fall 2021 are advised to submit their application with the following documents to the respective Department Administrative Officer(AO) latest by September 22, 2021 through e-mail and fill up the Google form: https://forms.gle/cSJRExZEGGmFZruH7  

1. Application for Practicum Placement Letter
2. List of Courses with grades for Comparing with official Grade Sheet
3. CV with recent passport size Picture
4. Address of the organization in separate page
5. Confirmation of Practicum Course Offering for Fall 2021 (at the time of Course Offering).
6. SSC/HSC Certificate photocopy ( it is mandatory to bring the original certificate for verification) AO of the department will verify the records and sign in the documents.

You are requested to collect your placement letter between  October 10 to 15, 2021  from the respective department.

Note:  Exceptional cases only be considered with valid reason as per request.
