Practicum Placement Letter for Fall 2020
Students qualified for Internship Program of Fall 2020 are advised to submit their application with the following documents to the respective Department Administrative Officer(AO) latest by September 22, 2020 through e-mail.
- Application for Practicum Placement Letter
- List of Courses with grades for Comparing with official Grade Sheet
- CV with recent passport size Picture
- Address of the organization in separate page
- Confirmation of Practicum Course Offering for Fall 2020 (at the time of Course Offering).
- SSC/HSC Certificate photocopy ( it is mandatory to bring the original certificate for verification) AO of the department will verify the records and sign (after lock down)
You are requested to collect your placement letter between October 07 and 12, 2020 from the respective department.
Note: Exceptional cases only be considered with valid reason as per request.
