Notice for Make-up Exam Midterm Fall 2025
The students who were absent from the Mid-Term exam Fall 2025 are advised to follow the steps below:
- Apply to the course Teacher with your valid reason to collect a recommendation from the course Teacher and the program Chair/ Coordinator on it, and then apply to the controller’s office by 2.00 PM, Saturday, January 03, 2026.
- Students with approved applications only will be allowed to sit for the mid-term make–up examination.
