MoU Signed Between IUBAT and University of Portsmouth, UK

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was Virtually signed between IUBAT University and University of Portsmouth, UK on 23^rd August 2022 at the Conference Room of IUBAT. Professor Dr Abdur Rab, Vice-Chancellor, and Prof Chris Chang, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Global Engagement and Student Life) of University of Portsmouth signed the MoU.

The  MoU signing ceremony was Virtual attended by Prof. Md Lutfar Rahman, Registrar, Assoc Prof Dr Farzana Sultana, Coordinator, College of Agricultural Sciences, Assoc. Prof. Mozaffar A Chowdhury, Director of International Program, IUBAT and Mr Joe Hall, Global Engagement Officer, Mr Amran Mofiz, Bangladesh Regional Adviser, Mr Md Nuruzzaman, Assistant Bangladesh Regional Adviser , Ms Sanjeda Liakat, Partnership Engagement Officer, Ms Tehseen Tabassum Rahman, Bangladesh Regional Offer, and MsYeasmin Shanta, Admissions and Compliance Officer, University of Portsmouth, UK.

The MoU is intended to facilitate cooperative initiatives between the two institutions in the area of exchange of faculty members, researchers and students, joint research activities, joint conferences, faculty /staff development program, study tours and internships, and other cooperative efforts as may be specified later.
