IIEC lab Exhibition

In celebration of IUBAT’s 33rd foundation day, the IIEC (Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center) organized an inaugural program for its month-long appreciation initiative, known as the IIEC Lab Exhibition.

During this exhibition, the IIEC showcased a variety of potential projects, laboratory instruments, and the facility’s capabilities. Notable exhibits included the ‘Automated Greeting Systems’ and the ‘RFID-Based Lab Entrance.’ Additionally, the IIEC highlighted its members’ expertise in various projects, such as ‘Dr. Roba’ (The medicine specialist) and the ‘Automated Hand Wash,’ involving electrical and mechanical work, and coding.

The event was graced by distinguished guests, including Prof. Dr. Abdur Rab, Vice-Chancellor of IUBAT, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Mahmudur Rahman, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of IUBAT, Prof. Selina Nargis, Treasurer & Director Administration of IUBAT, Dr. Hasibur Rashid Chayon, Chairman IIEC, and other faculty members. Subsequently, the IIEC presented two funded projects, ‘Root Life’ and ‘Blind Assistant Glass,’ financed in 2022. These projects were completed and showcased to the IIEC Advisor Panel in the IIEC conference room. The advisors and chairman of the IIEC acknowledged the presentation details and assessed the projects for valuable feedback. Consequently, the advisors express a keen interest in collaborating on large-scale projects with national or international institutions.
