College of Tourism and Hospitality Management will celebrate World Tourism Day 2022 on the 27th of September this year. The theme for this year is “Rethinking Tourism”. Prof. Dr. Abdur Rab, Vice-Chancellor of IUBAT will be the President of the celebration ceremony. Md. Al-Amin, Hotel Manager, The Westin Dhaka, will be present as the chief guest, and Chevan Gooneratne, General Manager, Best Western Plus Maya, will be here as a special guest. Besides, a few of our well-established alumni will join the event to motivate our departmental students about the specific issues.
On the morning of 27th September, students from the CTHM will attend to make a World Tourism Rally in the Tourism Board area. Later on, from 3.00 pm the formal part will start followed by a cultural program at IUBAT open auditorium.
