Celebrates International Nurses Day-2022
College of Nursing of International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT) celebrates International Nurses’ Day-2022 on Monday, May 30, 2022 with the IUBAT Students. The celebration reflected on the adopted international theme for 2019: “Nurses: A voice to lead – Invest in Nursing and respect rights to secure global health”.
Ms. Sandra Rumi Madhu, Principal, Bangladesh Adventist Nursing College, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. She wishes all a very happy International Nurses Day.
The formal program was presided by Prof. Dr Abdur Rab, Vice-Chancellor of IUBAT, Professor Md. Lutfar Rahman, Register, IUBAT, Prof Mohammad Ullah, Chair, College of Nursing, IUBAT and Prof. Dr Hasnat M Alamgir, Prof. & Coordinator, Master’s of public health offered valuable speech before the audience. Speakers on the occasion focused on the necessity of educated nurses to ensure better healthcare management in the best interest of public health in the country. The celebration was also extended with a cultural Gala.
Deans, Chairs, Directors, Coordinators, Faculty members, students and invited healthcare professionals attended the program. The program was organized by IUBAT Nursing Society (INS).
