Campus Recruitment by Le Meridien

College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM) and Placement Office of International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT) organized Campus Recruitment in collaboration with Le Meridien Hotel at the Campus on Tuesday, 11 October 2022. Officials of Le Meridien made a presentation on Career Guidance in Tourism and Hospitality Industry for the students of College of Tourism and Hospitality Management and the applicants present during the recruitment interview.

Total Number of 36 graduates and senior students from CTHM, CBA and other departments applied for 5 different positions of the Le Meridien. 18 appeared for the interview. Officials of Le Meridien assured that the interview of the remaining applicants would also be organized at a time convenient to both the parties. They also mentioned that they will forward us the final selected list of the candidates interviewed.

Mr. Emamul Haque Assistant Director, HR and his team conducted the interview of the applicants where Mr. AKM Sharfuddin, Director Placement, Coordinator and faculty members of CTHM were also present.

Mr. Constantinos S. Gavriel General Manager, Le Meridien commented that they will continue to hire graduates from the IUBAT who are competent and committed to their duties and responsibilities. He further mentioned that they are interested to sign MoU on cooperation with IUBAT in respect of internship and placement of its students and graduates.
