Attention: Some Important Information about Convocation 2023 (Revised)
1. Carry the invitation card. Without an invitation card, no one will be allowed to enter the program venue and no food will be provided.
2. To enter the convocation venue before 10:30 AM (July 25, 2023).
3. Keep your mobile phone in silent mode inside the convocation hall.
4. Carry the invitation card while receiving the food.
5. Shuttle Bus service will be available from Kuril Bishwa Road (under the flyover) near the BRTC Bus counter to the convocation venue from 7:30 AM to 9:45 AM.
6. Certificate will be distributed to graduates who have all clearance (like clearance from Accounts, Library, and Department) as per the following schedule:
– July 26, 2023 in Room No.1001 and 1002 of IUBAT
– July 28, 2023 in Room No. 1001 and 1002 of IUBAT
– July 30, 2023 in Room No. 1001 and 1002 of IUBAT
– July 28, 2023 in Room No. 1001 and 1002 of IUBAT
– July 30, 2023 in Room No. 1001 and 1002 of IUBAT
N.B: Returning gown and provisional Certificate are a must to receive the original certificate.
