A Journey to BA in English Program at IUBAT

On 22 September, 19, in the premises of the campus, the Department of Languages of IUBAT—International University of Business Agriculture and Technology, in the informal fashion but a significant spirit, celebrated the first journey of its BA in English Program by means of cutting a cake to symbolize its first footstep into IUBAT. Though the university’s Founder Prof. Dr. M Alimullah Miyan planted the seed of perception of the program, the tree of reality of the program grew up with its stem and branches in September 2019. The UGC approved the program. The ceremony was attended by Our Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr Abdur Rab, Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Hamida Akhtar Begum, Treasurer Prof Selina Nargis, Controller of Exam,   Brig Gen Dr Md Zahid Hossain (Retd), Dean of CET, Prof. Dr, Md. Monirul Islam, Head of the Department of Languages Prof Dr Md Momtazur Rahman, Heads of the other departments and colleges, and Faculty Members of the Department of Languages. The ceremony was ended with a party of post-luncheon.
