Notice for Class Attendance Requirements
According to the decision of the Academic Council meeting (ACM) held on June 27, 2026, this is to inform all concerned that, with effect from Fall 2026, students must maintain at least 75% class attendance in each course to be eligible to appear in the following examinations:
- Mid-Term Examination
- Mid-Term Make-Up Examination
- Final Examination
- Final Examination (I removal)
- Improvement Examination
For Summer 2026:
- The Summer Mid-Term 2026 examination is excluded from this policy. For the Final Examination, I-Removal Examination, and Improvement Examination of Summer 2026, attendance eligibility will be calculated based on the total classes held after the Mid-Term Examination.
