Schedule and Requirements for receiving the Original Certificate after the 9th Convocation ceremony, 2026

1. Convocation Gown to be returned to the respective departments, and the receipt along with the provisional certificate is to be deposited while receiving the original certificate.
2. All sorts of dues must be clear to receive the certificate.
3. Certificate distribution schedule is below:

=> January 27, 2026
=> January 28, 2026
=> January 31, 2026 and on weekdays except Thursday and Friday

4. Distribution time: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, Rooms 1001 and 1002 (Only for 27,28 and 31 January 2026).

Important Note: All Gowns must be returned to the respective departments by 31 January 2026.
