Practicum Placement Letter Notice for Spring 2026

Students qualified for Internship Program of Spring 2026 are advised to submit their application with the following documents to the respective Department
Administrative Officer(AO) latest by January 20, 2026.

1. Application for Practicum Placement Letter

2. List of Courses with grades for Comparing with official Grade Sheet

3. CV with recent passport size Picture

4. Address of the organization in separate page

5. Confirmation of Practicum Course Offering for Spring 2026 on schedule time

6. SSC and HSC Certificate photocopy ( it is mandatory to bring the original certificates for verification) AO of the department will verify the records and sign

You are requested to collect your placement letter between January 27 to February 05, 2026 from the respective department.

Note: Exceptional cases only be considered with valid reason as per request.
