Practicum Placement Letter Notice for Spring 2024
Students qualified for Internship Program of Spring 2024 are advised to apply their application with the following documents to the respective Department Administrative Officer(AO) latest by December 23, 2023.
- Application for Practicum Placement Letter
- List of Courses with grades for Comparing with official Grade Sheet
- CV with recent passport size Picture
- Address of the organization in separate page
- Confirmation of Practicum Course Offering for Spring 2024 (at the time of Course Offering).
- SSC and HSC Certificate photocopy ( it is mandatory to bring the original certificate for verification) AO of the department will verify the records and sign
You are requested to collect your placement letter between January and 06 to 15, 2024 from the respective department.
Note: Exceptional cases only be considered with valid reason as per request.
