Practicum Placement Letter Notice for Spring 2022
Students qualified for Internship Program of Spring 2022 are advised to apply their application with the following documents to the respective Department Administrative Officer(AO) latest by December 28, 2021.
- Application for Practicum Placement Letter
- List of Courses with grades for Comparing with official Grade Sheet
- CV with recent passport size Picture
- Address of the organization in separate page
- Confirmation of Practicum Course Offering for Spring 2022 (at the time of Course Offering).
- SSC/HSC Certificate photocopy ( it is mandatory to bring the original certificate for verification) AO of the department will verify the records and sign
You are requested to collect your placement letter between January and 12 to 20, 2022 from the respective department.
Note: Exceptional cases only be considered with valid reason as per request.
