IUBAT National Career Festival 2021 ended in a Festive way

85 national and multinational companies declared their around five hundred openings; five thousand job seekers attended.

International University of Business Agriculture and (IUBAT) organized National Career Festival 2021 at its permanent campus, Uttara, Dhaka. Over five thousand graduates from public and private universities joined the festival in search of their dream jobs. Over 85 national and multinational companies participated in the festival to hire talents for five hundred plus vacancies in their companies.

IUBAT Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr AbdurRab, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof DrHamida Akhter Begum, Treasurer Prof Selina Nargis, Registrar Prof Md. Lutfar Rahman,Deans, Chair, Co-ordinator, faculty members, officials and representatives from participant companies were present at the inauguration ceremony. The festival was open for all.

The largest Career Festival in the countrywas organized by IUBAT Placement Office in partnership with the Excellence Bangladesh asthe event partner.

Among the leading group of companies participated in the festival for recruiting employees for their companies are AbulMonem, Partex Group, Elite Paint, Matador Group, Ifad Groupand the like. Business giants Walton, ACI Logistic, Fortis Group, Akiz Group, Kalyar Replica Ltd, Sara Resort, Meleda Group, Rupayan City, Mbrella Group also participated in the festival.

In 1991, eminent educationist Prof Dr MAlimullahMiyanbegan the journey of IUBAT as the first non-government university of Bangladesh. The theme of the university is ‘Higher Education for Every Qualified Person with Finance for Meritorious but Needy.’The vision is to develop at least one graduate from each village of Bangladesh. Around seven thousand students are studying under eleven departments in the 20-bigha green campus in Uttara, Dhaka.
