CBA Fresher’s Day 2021

The College of Business Administration of IUBAT organized a CBA Fresher’s Day for the Fresher on 26^th November 2021. On this day, the campus was decorated with colorful festoons, banners, flowers etc. All Fresher were looked in a festive mood. The first part of the program started at 9.00 am with registration and gift pacts. The Department has organized different types of sports activities (pillow passing, pot breaking, musical chair, treasure hunt etc.) where students took part and won the prizes. There was a business idea competition where 5 groups of students participated and one of them became the top scorer and won the prize. The formal part of the program started at 3 pm and Prof. Dr. Abdur Rab, Vice-Chancellor of IUBAT spoke during the formal session and gave an enlightening speech to the students. Prof. Selina Nargis, Treasurer and Director Administration, also spoke to the occasion with career focus guidelines to the students. Prof. Dr. Hamida Akhter Begum Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Md. Lutfar Rahman Registrar, Prof. Dr. Khair Jahan Sogra Dean CBA, Mozaffar A Chowdhury BBA Coordinator Far Abid Hossain MBA Coordinator, and Faculty of CBA were also presence. Mr. Abdullah Al Maher, CEO of FF Ltd was invited as Guest who gave a motivational speech to the Fresher and talked on the job prospects after BBA degree. In the final part of the program, a Cultural Gala with a participation of Fresher and current students who performed Bangla songs, ramp show and dance in the evening.
