Seminar on Benefits of MOODLE for Students held at IUBAT

A seminar on benefits of using MOODLE as a Learning Management System was held on 3 October, 2019 in the open auditorium of IUBAT. As an additional support to the regular teaching-learning process, the advanced technological tool MOODLE has been used at IUBAT since Fall-2018 semester. The seminar was presided by the Vice Chancellor of the university Prof. Dr Abdur Rab. Two speakers were Prof. Nancy Cambell, Canadian, Visiting Faculty of College of Nursing and Dr. Rajib Lochan Das, Faculty of Mathematics at IUBAT. The speakers explained benefits of using technology aided environment in higher education for the university students to become competent professionals. Pro-VC Prof. Dr Hamida Akhtar Begum expresses hope of generating necessary skilled human resources in the country through technology supported higher education. The event was ended with great enthusiasm by active participation of students and faculty members in the question answer session on MOODLE use.
