- Bring 1 full size (4R) photograph, 5 passport size and 5 stamp size cleanly printed photographs
- Bring all academic certificates, mark sheets, and testimonials (both original and a set of photocopies)
- Bring photocopy of national ID card/Certificate from the chairman/Birth certificate
- Bring photocopy of national ID card of father or mother of the applicant
- Bring admission test admit card
